Do I need to buy and provide the lights myself?
No, you don’t have to worry about buying a thing. We provide a complete, turn-key service where we supply all commercial-grade LED lights, custom wiring, heavy-duty clips, and smart timers. This ensures the equipment used on your property is safe, reliable, and perfectly tailored to your architecture.
When do you start installing, and how early should I book?
Our winter holiday schedule fills up incredibly fast. We begin booking installations as early as October, with physical installations running from November through early December. We highly recommend locking in your date by late October to ensure your display is ready to shine right when the holiday season begins.
What happens if a bulb burns out or the lights stop working?
Your peace of mind is included in our service. Since we use premium commercial-grade components, system failures are rare. However, if a bulb burns out or a winter storm disrupts your display, simply notify us. Our maintenance team will come out to service, repair, or replace the components quickly and completely free of charge.
Do your holiday lights stay on all day and night?
We integrate automated smart timers or photocells into every single display we install. Your system will automatically turn on at dusk and shut off at the exact time you choose (such as midnight or dawn), saving you energy and ensuring you never have to manually plug anything in.
Are you fully insured to hang lights on high commercial and residential peaks?
Yes, absolutely. xFORMA is a fully registered LLC and carries comprehensive commercial liability insurance. Our technicians are meticulously trained in extreme cold-weather safety, high-elevation ladder work, and roofline navigation, completely removing the physical risk from your shoulders.
