Property Stewardship Technician
The Role: Executing estate-level lawn care, precision mechanical edging, seasonal property cleanups, and manicured shrub trimming. You treat every property like a living canvas.
Who You Are: Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling outdoor estate work. Experience with commercial lawn equipment is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a desire to learn our systematic standards matter most.
Exterior Surface Cleanout & Restoration Specialist
The Role: Operating our specialized, low-pressure soft-wash systems, high-heat pressure washers, and pure-water window detailing equipment. This role handles high-value properties, solar panel arrays, and architectural masonry.
Who You Are: A meticulous professional who respects chemistry over brute force. You aren’t afraid of heights (for window/gutter work) and have a deep commitment to our “zero-damage” plant and property safety protocols.
Professional Logistics & Cleanout Crew
The Role: Executing white-glove estate liquidations, commercial office decommissioning, compassionate hoarding remediations, and post-remodel debris removal.
Who You Are: Exceptionally respectful, efficient, and discreet. You can lift heavy objects safely and appreciate our mission to carefully sort, recycle, and donate items back to local Cincinnati community networks rather than mindlessly dumping them.
