To keep our services fast and cost-effective, our crew does not provide sorting, organizing, or packing services. We ask that you clearly mark or separate the items you wish to keep from the items you want hauled away before we arrive. Once you point out what goes, we take care of all the heavy lifting, loading, and disposal!
Are there any items or materials you cannot haul away from my garage?
Due to environmental regulations and safety restrictions, we cannot haul away hazardous materials. This includes loose liquid paints, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, bio-hazardous waste, or industrial solvents. If you have old car parts or tires, please let us know during your quote so we can arrange proper disposal logistics.
Is the floor pressure washing included in the standard junk removal price?
The standard junk removal fee covers the physical labor, truck space, and disposal fees for hauling away your items. Concrete pressure washing and soft washing are premium add-on services that require specialized equipment and detergents. However, we highly recommend purchasing them together as a bundle to take advantage of our package value.
How do you handle tough oil and fluid stains on the garage floor?
For our surface cleaning add-on, we treat vehicle fluid spots with commercial-grade degreasers and hot-water pressure washing techniques. While we can significantly lighten and lift even the oldest oil stains, please note that some long-standing chemical discoloration may permanently dye concrete pores.
Do I need to move my cars or items out of the driveway?
To allow our team to back our trucks up safely and maximize efficiency, we ask that your driveway be completely clear of vehicles and obstacles before our scheduled arrival. This gives us a clear path to safely haul heavy items out of the garage without any risk to your vehicles.
