Is there a minimum order required to book a rental?
Yes. To account for the logistics of commercial truck transport, fuel, and the physical labor required for professional setup and teardown teams, we enforce a strict minimum order requirement for all bookings. Because of this, our tables, chairs, and accessories cannot be rented as standalone items—they are designed to be easily bundled alongside your primary inflatable rental to clear the minimum threshold instantly!
What is your policy if it rains or storms on the day of my event?
Safety is our absolute non-negotiable. If high winds (typically exceeding 15–20 mph), heavy rain, or lightning are forecasted, it becomes unsafe to operate large inflatables. If severe weather forces a cancellation before our trucks leave the shop, we will work with you swiftly to reschedule your rental for a future date or credit your booking.
Can your inflatables be set up on concrete, or do they have to go on grass?
We can safely set up on both! However, we need to know your surface type during the booking process. Grass setups allow us to drive heavy-duty steel stakes deep into the ground for maximum anchoring. For concrete surfaces, driveways, or parking lots where stakes are impossible, we must utilize massive, commercial sandbags to anchor the unit securely, which requires specialized preparation.
How long is the standard rental period?
Our standard rental blocks are typically dropped off and set up in the morning and cleared away in the evening, giving you a full day of hassle-free entertainment. If your event requires specific delivery windows (such as a strict corporate schedule or school assembly timing), just let us know when requesting your quote, and we will coordinate our routing to match.
What do I need to provide on the day of the setup?
We need three basic things: a completely clear, flat setup area that is free of rocks, sticks, and pet waste; a clear, wide path for our crew to wheel the heavy, rolled-up units through (minimum 4-foot gates); and a dedicated, reliable power source (standard 110V outlet) within 50–100 feet of the setup location. If your setup area is further than 100 feet from an outlet, please notify us in advance so we can arrange a commercial generator link.
